Pros: El detalle de ofrecernos una habitación más accesible para no tener que subir escaleras debido a la reparación de los ascensores. Cons: El desplazamiento, por parte de los usuarios, de las hamacas de la piscina que, en ocasiones, dificultaban el tránsito.

Pros: This place took us in when EasyJet cancelled our flight for 4 days and left us stranded!!!! The property was clean and basic but perfect to stay the staff were super helpful and saved the day as we were traumatised!!! Cons: Nothing

Pros: Staff were incredible. I received a lovely check in experience and was given an upgrade. Food was delicious and plenty of variety. Great location Cons: The evening entertainment was a little flat.

Pros: El trato del personal, la ubicación y el buffet. Cons: ¡¡CUCARACHAS EN LAS HABITACIONES !! 😰😰 La primera noche a las 2 de la mañana nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque había bastantes cucarachas, tanto en el baño como por las paredes y las mesas. Al día siguiente pretendían darnos la misma habitación diciéndonos “ahora cuando echen el spray anti insectos podéis entrar” y tras negarnos en rotundo, nos dejaron en la habitación nueva. El resto de noches seguían apareciendo en el cuarto, cucarachas grandes y pequeñas, daba igual. Era desesperante… y es un tema MUY SERIO! (En las
