Pros: Loved the friendliness of all the staff, bery helpful with our luggage and any requests we had. Very professional and personable. The assistance with keeping our luggage after checkout was especially helpful to us as we awaited a late trip to the airport. We enjoyed our time there. Extremely clean,comfortable and very relaxing. Very near our drop off station and ideal to get around london with 3 small children. Very ideal location Cons: If they add a kitchen for meals throughout the day or night that would be lovely. But its a nice homely, well located hotel.
