Major issue with the elevator caused me to be trapped in it for 2 hours before the technician arrived
Major issue with the elevator caused me to be trapped in it for 2 hours before the technician arrived. No apology or offer of any compensation from the hotel made the whole experience that much more unacceptable. Room was very small and the single slope ceiling was low and claustrophobic, having to crouch down to access half the already small room.

The location is the best hands down
The location is the best hands down. Central to major attractions but also quiet and calm. The staff were incredible; Muhammad and Karan provided great assistance and attention to all of our matters. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was amazing. From the comfort of the bed, awesome hot water and pressure from the shower, to the air conditioning provided an amazing stay at The 7 Hotel. We will be staying here upon our next visit.

It was a well-placed hotel in the middle of the city
It was a well-placed hotel in the middle of the city. Lots of restaurants around and the staff were very helpful. The only negative thing I can say is the soundproofing of our room was inadequate, you can easily hear your neighbors because there was a door connecting to the room next door.
