The best hotel in South Kensington
Pros: Outstanding hotel. Excellent service. Delicious food! Perfect location for our needs. I just cannot fault it at all. Dominik and his team exceeded everything for my autistic sons 8th Birthday. We lived a night of luxury and the attention to detail was fantastic. Thank you SO much for a beautiful stay. Cons: Nothing.
Fabulous luxury in a great location
Pros: Extremely warm welcome, even giving my little boy a teddy on arrival and welcome drinks. Very comfortable room. Fantastic location for exploring the museums. Cons: 40 mins wait for check in as room.not ready, we'd been travelling and sightseeing for 8 hours and just wanted to change our clothes! Having said that, every effort was made to make us comfortable while we waited
