Due to the check-in experience, I probably would not stay there again. Civilization skills we’ve bee

Pros: The hotel was fine. I really didn’t spend that much time at the hotel. Cons: The women Brittney at the check in was very rude and the other lady didn’t have a name tag. She took people 3 couples back and gave them there room keys even though others were waiting in front of them. I could not get the Wi-Fi to connect in my room. There was also an issue trying to leave the parking garage. I had to go back to the desk and get a voucher to get out of the garage or it would’ve charged me $70.

Good location and we loved Nesso but staff at Plat 99 consistently been rude every time we have stayed there.

Pros: Walking distance to stadium and other downtown venues. Cons: Elevator was very slow and only one was working.
