Overpriced considering water and noise issues
Pros: In a great central location Cons: No matter the time of day I regularly had to have a cold shower because the hot water would stop working. This is a continued issue I’ve since seen reported elsewhere with nothing done to fix it. The balcony rooms on level 1 don’t have adequate sound proofing and the street noise is constant

Pros: Well appointed rooms. Sufficient amenities provided. City Location Cons: Heavy metal bathroom doors with noisy hinges. Need to keep them open to avoid loud clunking noise. Peeling paint on handles and bathroom accessories
Fantastic hotel, beautiful design
My family had a lovely weekend stay and very much enjoyed the hotel, the rooftop, and its fantastic location.
The room was perfect! As was the staff. It was our 20th anniversary, and they made it extra special for us through the staff's thoughtful acts. Thank you!
Overall enjoyed the rooms there. Staff were friendly and helpful and location is excellent.
Pros: Location and rooms very good, very clean and had everything you need. Cons: Water pressure and water temperature in the shower were awful. It ranged from cold, to burning hot and did not have consistent pressure. One thing I look for in a hotel is a great shower.
