Great apartment
Pros: Lovely spacious apartment ideally located for attending a gig at the Cliffs Pavilion. The apartment was very modern and clean, the welcome hamper and milk in the fridge was much appreciated. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood but there are shops and places to eat close by. Communication from the owner was great, and we were able to park right in front of the apartment, and pay by app. If I return to Southend I would definitely choose to stay here again Cons: Nothing!

Lovely stay
Pros: This is a warm, spacious, clean, two bed, separate large lounged apartment , up stairs. One of the bedrooms has the sit out balcony. Everything was spotless. The kitchen is very well equipped with milk in the fridge , tea and coffee , nibbles and wine. Fantastic. Instructions to access the property was given on the date of arrival and was simple, with no problems. Towels, tea towels and bedding all clean and provided. The flat is quiet at night. The property is in Westcliff near to eateries , shops and railway station, not far from the sea too. Parking was a little tight and spa
