Pros: Location and the fact they held the key for us to collect late as we travelled from far away. Cons: Kettle but no tea coffee or milk to make a drink, fag burn on duvet cover roller blind broken and 2 damp smelling towels for 4 people. We were never expecting alot for the money but few essential would have helped.
