Extremely disappointed
Cons: The room which apparently was a suite, was awful! Awaiting booking.com to deal with the complaint I have submitted.

Comfortable Stay in Heart of Cardiff
Pros: 1. Dog friendly throughout (except restaurant - you just sit in the adjacent bar area). Well priced extra cost for dog compared to other hotels (£100 deposit including a non refundable £15 fee for whole stay). 2. Super friendly and timely staff. One came to my aid when I was having trouble one night. Eternally grateful. 3. Good sized room with comfortable bed, good pillows for side sleepers, good water pressure in shower, fan that cools room well. Working kettle with tea bags and milk. Quiet hotel. 4. Pros: The staff was the only good thing about this hotel and potentially the area, even though there was some homeless/rowdy crowd around it. Cons: The rooms are horrible and extremely OLD
Pros: The staff was the only good thing about this hotel and potentially the area, even though there was some homeless/rowdy crowd around it. Cons: The rooms are horrible and extremely OLD. Do NOT book at this place, there was mold on the walls, the carpet was extremely stained and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in YEARS. Extremely outdated.
