Ideal for short trip to Leamington but BEWARE ROOM 22!
Pros: Location, staff, room presentation, on-site parking Cons: Room 22 was too hot! Couldn’t sleep even with window open on a cool evening with fan provided at full power. The hard pillows didn’t help. We found out the next morning that the room is next to the boiler and is the hottest room in the hotel. Disappointed we were given this room when others were available on the night we stayed. Breakfast coffee was the worst we’ve ever had but the fresh fruit salad was very good.

Perfectly pleasant and great for what we needed.
The staff were friendly and the general feel of the hotel was casual but efficient. Breakfast was good with plenty of option on offer.
