Very close to the O2

Pros: Ideal for concerts at the O2, bus 129 takes you there in 15 minutes, very friendly staff, room with sink, comfortable bed Cons: All rooms have shared bathrooms and there is no elevator

Poor customer service and dirty water leaking onto the bed

Pros: Someone was there to show us in. We booked a room with a private bathroom and we did get this. Reasonably clean but very basic Cons: We woke up to one of the beds being dripped on by water pouring down the ceiling/wall onto one of the beds. Water was coming while the shower in the upstairs bedroom was on, so probably dirty used water. As it was morning and above a pub, nobody was available to talk to for help. Tried contacting after and nobody has responded to the video request sent and no offer of any refund/compensation offered (overpriced). Disappointed by customer service

Pros: Fair enough given the price and proximity to the O2 Cons: Went there in July, the room was very hot and not air-conditioned (although there was a floor fan)

Pros: Fair enough given the price and proximity to the O2 Cons: Went there in July, the room was very hot and not air-conditioned (although there was a floor fan). It is right by a busy street so the air and noise are pretty bad too, we didn't sleep too well. I would consider going again but only outside of the summer months.
