The Annex - Guest Gardens

Dirty, damp, disgusting

Pros: Nothing Cons: The property is damp, dirty, needs updating and repairs, there is black mould everywhere (which is a health risk), everything was sticky including the floor. The outside is overgrown and a mess, the driveway is covered in moss and tree debris which is very slippery. Dishes were dirty and utensils were dirty/mouldy, there is half used/eaten food in the cupboards. The bed and bedding was damp we stayed one night out of the four we booked as we couldn’t find anything else locally that was affordable until the following day.

Clean, secure and comfy.

Pros: Good sized apartment, thoughtful host provided added extras ( fresh milk, orange juice biscuits) Rhe annex was spotless and easy to find. Cons: Furniture and decor a little tired could do with an update.Would stay again though.x

A large enough self contained flat but could do with some updating and a serious clean!

Pros: Off street parking on driveway. Nice selection of teas and coffees, milk and orange in fridge. Cons: Difficult to find. The whole flat wasn't clean and the bedroom smells of damp. The bathroom is dated and incredibly dirty, the white towels were not very clean, having a greyish tinge to them. Grubby shower mat. Old bedding on main bed and the bed smelt. The Pillows felt ok. We informed the host prior our visit that we needed the sofa bed. On arrival we were told the linen was in a cupboard over there. When coming to make the bed, the linen was old and grubby and the sofa bed was v

Host was super great will definitely stay there again . Has lovely coffees milk ready which was such a nice touch cannot

Pros: Loved the cleanliness , quietness as well Cons: Nothing at all the only thing g I would say is not that I didn’t like it but just to make it more airy perhaps open windows a bit more but other than that lovely place

A lovely well equipped accommodation which was a warm home from home.

There was an exceptional welcome pack on arrival. The accommodation was lovely and warm and home from home. Just right for two people. The accommodation was in a quiet area. The bonus was having an electric blanket.
