Pros: Easy to get to as central location, parking close by. Easy system with getting into the hotel via fob as after hours. Super friendly, helpful staff and excellent breakfast Cons: No shower in our room
Highlight was one member of staff who was great
Pros: The lady who checked us in and served breakfast was an absolute highlight. She was very attentive, helpful., knowledgeable and a real credit to this pub. Interesting old building. Fresh milk brought to our room. Breakfast was very good. Cons: The room was a bit gloomy. One light didn't work. We did not know that the bar would close at 7pm and no food available. Maybe our fault??

Pros: Firstly, the staff here are excellent without exception (that we met) - friendly and professional. The place itself has a lot of character, has been imaginatively designed but is also very welcoming. If I lived locally I think I’d be a very regular visitor. Our room was huge and also full of character with an amazing bathroom. I’d definitely stay again if visiting Frome. Cons: The lighting in our room was a little odd - very dim, which was a bit of an issue as you have to keep the main curtain closed as it looks straight out at an uphill passageway so people could look right in.
