Pros: Historic building well located in the centre of Norwich Cons: As the name suggests this is mainly a venue which has bedrooms rather than a hotel with some incidental function rooms. Reception services etc are pitched accordingly.

Pros: Beautiful property close to great shopping and cathedral. Room was beautiful and so relaxing. A super comfy bed! Cons: Only slight minus- was a warm evening so room windows were open and if people smoked outside and the smoking point the smell came in the room.

Pros: Great location and high standard or furnishing and finish in complete sympathy with the property’s and build. Also outstanding breakfast in the morning Cons: Given how good the breakfast was its a shame it doesn’t offer evening meals

Pros: The overall ambience was extremely pleasant and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and professional. Cons: The only minor fault would be that there was insufficient hanging space for clothing in the room. Also, that the wooden "hangers" were annoyingly attached to the rail with the metal clips. These are so fiddly! These two observations can easily be acted upon.
