Pros: The location was excellent. Cons: The pool could of been bigger but other than that, everything was a 10/10 recommend.

Pros: La posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia, il fatto che sia lontano dal caos del pier 60, le camere con più camere da letto, il fatto di avere la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice. Cons: Le sdraio e gli ombrelloni da portare avanti e indietro dalla spiaggia ogni giorno.

Cons: Parking was very pricey. You have to carry heavy chairs and umbrella to the beach. One garage space and no free guest parking for day visitor. Kitchen barely equipped and no blender. Sofa and chairs in the living room are extremely uncomfortable-like sitting on stiff cardboard. No makeup mirror nor clock in the bedroom. Second bedroom is the size of a small walk-in closet only big enough for a twin sofa bed. Also the shower diverter needs to be replaced.
