Good location for a nice refresh getaway & good food at good prices & friendly staff

Pros: Close to Durham, friendly staff, gawgus Sunday roast, lovely room Cons: Tv other end of room in attic room, shower poor, toilet was broken, dispute over breakfast being included. Had 2 emails saying it was included . They gave us it and said it was a mistake and wasn’t included
