Comfortable stay . Made very welcome. Great location for the station and town.

Very comfortable room. Friendly welcome with cup of tea and advice on what to do and see. - Father and son family business. Handy small bar and seating area. Good location Excellent breakfast

Pros: We loved the introduction and welcoming from the owners Simon and Jonathan. The room was always clean and tidy with plenty of tea and coffee in room to make hot drinks and they were always restocked each day. We loved the breakfast and give a special thank you to Simon for his amazing scrambled eggs, eat your heart out Gordon Ramsey you have competition! Simon and Jonathan were extremely friendly and helpful and the whole experience was homely and enjoyable. We loved the honesty bar if you fancied a drink with a range of soft and alcoholic drinks. The Avenue

Pros: Everything about the place is lovely. Especially the two hosts, Simon and Jonathan. Very hospitable, excellent quality service and will definitely come back to the Avenue. Very accessible place to the station with only 5 mins walk. Also very close to the town centre. Cons: None.

Excellent place to stay in Shanklin. Owners so friendly. Would recommend people to stay.

Pros: Our 2 night stay was lovely at The Avenue. Shanklin. The owners were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent. Nice size bedroom for me & my sister. Everywhere very clean. Walking distance to beach and shops. Would definitely go back there. Cons: Nothing
