Excellent value for money and great stay in a very nice neighborhood
Pros: Everything was just excellent. The place is great value for the price paid. I was aware of previous very negative comments, but didn’t notice anything like that. All bed linen was very fresh and clean (even for the additional bed). The location is just excellent and beautiful. City center is easily reachable by public transport. The apartment was spacious enough for 4 people, the balcony was a great additional feature.
Cons: There were some minor items missing for a longer stay and using the kitchen, but this was solvable.

Never again.
Pros: Easily accessible from the subway
Cons: Like a mediocre, third-class youth hostel. Room overheated with about 45 degrees on the upper floor. Request for alternative room initially declined, upon further inquiry we were given a room in the basement (souterrain), where during the day you can only be with the shutters down, as there is complete visibility from the adjacent sidewalk. Stairs to the basement only passable in the evening with a mobile phone flashlight as it is not illuminated. Absolutely unacceptable for the price.
