Close to downtown Ashland
Pros: Breakfast Room is quite large, clean and nice. Cons: Breakfast was "okay" - not great. No fruit available and the eggs were not good. But I am a little picky so perhaps it was me. Others seem to enjoy it.

Cost cutting seems to be the focus of this motel.
Pros: Excellent Location. Pool and hot tub looked nice. Cons: As long as you asked. The bed was mediocre. The pillows small and mushy. The bedspread / duvet cheap nylon that slid half way off during the night. The breakfast was marginal (white bread, Cheerios, prepackaged pastries, and microwaved eggs and sausage).
We loved our stay here but know to avoid a room in the main building.
Pros: We love staying here when passing thru Oregon. The location is excellent and we like the breakfast offerings. Cons: The London building is definitely dated and could use a remodel. We could hear the upstairs occupy walking around and heard their T.V. We also heard our next door neighbors as well. We’ve stayed at a couple of their other building without experiencing this (and those seem to be a bit more modern as far as room comparison).
The location was excellent- short walk to downtown, theaters and Lithia Park. Nice large, comfortable room. A good reading area with two comfortable chairs. So often hotels have only one comfortable chair. Enough places to store two suitcases. Again many hotels only have room for one suitcase and the other must go on the floor.
It’s a great location to walk to the Shakespeare Festival and Lithia Park.
Pros: We liked the location and the breakfast was good. The staff was excellent at the front desk and breakfast area. When we had a problem, they were quick to fix. Cons: Our first night was next to the housekeeper area with a toilet that didn’t flush and air conditioning that only blows about 2 feet out and is stuck by the sink in a corner. We were moved and it was a much better room. And we weren’t alone in saying get rid of those horrible duvets…
October here averages 10°C, with around 46 mm of rain across the month.
