At this price point its not value for money. Better to opt for brance like Fortune resort by ITC. Staff at reception was
Pros: It was clean. Cons: Secluded. Also, neither property nor services were upto the mark. No fridge, no landline. Wifi was also bad.
Pros: Good food quality and variety to cater for Indian, western, seafood and vegetarian options. Good staff. Location was good and not too far from the beach. Cons: Outside shower & bathroom often have mosquitoes and it was hard to get rid of mosquitoes from the bedroom even with the mosquito repellent “Mortein” provided.

Pros: die Lage an sich ist super. Der Blick auf den Fluss ist, ok. Während der Nebensaison sind die Erste-Reihe-Apartments nicht in betrieb, man wohnt also in der zweiten Reihe. Zwischen der ersten und zweiten liegt ein kleiner Fluss, überquerbar mit einem Boot, welches vom Personal bedient wird oder aber zu Fuß, 5 Minuten zum Strand. Man sitzt gemütlich auf der Veranda und kann das Treiben beobachten. Das Badezimmer im Standard-Zimmer war nicht wirklich in gutem Zustand, sodass wir um ein neues Zimmer baten, welches etwas neuwertiger war. Hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant, hier wird man be

Pros: Nothing Cons: 1. The room was ill maintained 2. Poor responses from the reception 3. Very bad experience with complementary breakfast - the reception said there would be complementary breakfast for ₹200/- but there was absolutely no communication between the resort and restaurant, they charged full amount for the breakfast. 4. Nothing matches the experience mentioned in the listing, absolutely worthless, waste of money. 5. Unmaintained rooms and washrooms. 6. Worst experience so far in Goa. Nothing 3-star about the stay.
