Worst experience ever. Late night staff lady super rude and not helpful. Made us pay for a second room because “Marriott” didn’t do it right on their end after knowing we were trying to do a share room. The stress and the rudeness is uncalled for at midnight after traveling all day and missing a connecting flight. See all other reviews on the Marriott app. Stay away from here. The quality of the room was super poor and ugly. Disappointed this is even considered a Marriott. Should have checked reviews before booking. Now I have to wait and see if I even get my points back in a couple of days. N

The back of tbe shower was busted. No toilet paper holder for the tissue, and the phone in the room did not work. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Should be compensated for our stay

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. We booked here in May ‘25 and found out the room had been cancelled on the way in. 5 of us had to stay in a king room. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked again since the hotel offered park and ride service to the airport. When we arrived we were informed that as of today, 10/10/25 at 3:00pm the policy changed to not allow park and ride. We literally called this morning to confirm and were told we didn’t have to pay in advance for parking and it was still allowed. We were then informed that the airport might be full and that wou
