Have stayed many a time in the past, no significant changes. Was a good night and location choice.

Pros: Excellent breakfast, good choice of beers, good food, Comfy bed. Cons: Bar closed 'early' despite being resident. Squeeky floor. Having to book meal choice before 19:00hrs

not what we expected

Pros: Parking was excellent. Beds and pillows were super. Staff were very friendly.The room was clean. Great views from the dining room. Cons: The shower had mould on tiles. The cushions and throw as not washed in between clients. The room was shabby and not vibrant like the photo. There were big cracks in the plaster and it was peeling off on the ceiling. The furniture, valance, blinds and curtains in wardrobe were yonks old and shabby. No lattes served at breakfast. The avocado was black and looked old. The baked beans were dried up and again looked like they were leftovers. The coffee at b
