Good stay but bad treatment
Cons: The staff's treatment at check-out claimed to be the manager and wanted me to pay a fine of 125 pounds for smoking, which was a first warning and I was unaware that smoking was prohibited. They told me it was allowed the first time, but at check-out they said I had to pay the amount or they would call the police. I told them to call if I was wrong to pay, and when the police arrived, they investigated the matter and told me the police do not collect, it's not their right. Then the staff changed their story and claimed I raised my voice at him and pretended I was hitting him, false claims

It was good until the last second everything was ruined
Pros: Some staff were good and the location is good Cons: Absolutely unacceptable treatment — never staying here again. This was not my first time staying at this hotel, and I had returned because my previous experiences were good. Unfortunately, after what happened during this stay, it will definitely be my last. We arrived at the hotel at around 3:00 AM and were clearly informed that we had a late checkout until 12:00 PM.
