Location great stay mediocre
Pros: Location was great. The staff were very nice and helpful Cons: The room was very dark, the pillows (feather) were terrible, breakfast was the worst. The continental option was very expensive and had so few choices it was an utter waste of money!

This is a wonderful, attractive, luxurious hotel
Pros: Very friendly, attentive, efficient staff. Intense attention to detail. A very interesting, attractive Deco aesthetic. Very good cooked breakfast in the room. Spectacular, luxurious bathroom with great soaps and gels. The whole experience was wonderful. This is now my favourite London hotel. Cons: Nothing
