On arrival, the hotel looked like a construction site, no car park or outside area. We weren't informed that the building was under construction and remodeling. We stayed in the family loft room. Floor tiles cracked. Hob not working and rusty. Kitchen wall cupboard on the floor. Wednesday 10th September evening 2 cockroaches ran across the floor, had to call the front desk. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean. Amenities were great. Property still under construction, wish they had a restaurant, but they said they were working on that.
