Loved the stay, location and ease to move around

Pros: Location was excellent Cons: Long line to check in, 3?people behind the desk and only one was checking in customers.

Great location, big room

Pros: Location Cons: Old, don’t seem super clean, someone was smoking and it smelled in Hallways

Reception staff are not great, otherwise great location, rooms and housekeeping staff.

Pros: The room was nice, we were on the 15th floor and had a nice view. The location is great, just out of the busy part of the city but close enough to walk in a couple of minutes. About 3 minutes walk to Time Square. The subway is a short walk to get anywhere in the city. The free morning coffee was a nice bonus, really great. The cleaners and the coffee lady were all very polite, friendly and helpful. Cons: The reception staff are not friendly or polite. They are short with answers, could learn to smile and be welcoming with guests. The door staff are there but seem to do nothing that value
