This is a charming and wonderful stay in the heart of Bristol.

Pros: This was a fantastic stay in the heart of Bristol. We were only there one night, but were more than happy with the facilities and staff. Cons: The elevator was a little bit finicky to use, particularly getting luggage in and out with the double door into the elevator area, but other than that, everything was great.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Grateful for a fan in the room as extremely hot. Cons: The road was a bit noisy as we were at the front of the hotel.

Pros: Reception staff pleasant

Pros: Reception staff pleasant. Bathroom well designed and up to date. I appreciated the coffee/tea, biscuit and fruit. Location good. Not a hotel chain--very much felt like a boutique hotel. Cons: I reserved a "cozy" room which didn't really have enough space for my things (carry on suitcase)--only 3 hangers, no drawer space, small bedside table instead of desk, no shelves in bathroom. And it was on the 3rd floor, which got a bit hot during the day. But everything was well designed, clean, and I appreciated the coffee/tea and biscuit. I think next time I will simply reserve a larger room and
