Really big and comfortable flat next to the University of Sheffield

Pros: Really nice big, well-equipped and comfortable flat in an excellent location for the University of Sheffield and within a few minues walk of the city centre and restaurants. The flat is quiet depite being on the ground floor and next to a busy road. Cons: This is an excellent flat, but it would be nice if the landlord (1) could clean the outside windows, (2) fit better blinds as the flat is ground floor and you have a choice between provacy and being a bit in the dark and (3) put a proper clothes storage place in the bedroom.

Pros: Excellent location in an atmospheric area of Sheffield right next to the University of Sheffield and within easy walking distance of the city centre and lots of authentic Chinese restaurants; there is a tram stop right nearby. The flat is also very spacious and comfortable, convient to work in (if you are coming for business or academic purposes) and has good cooking facilities. The building itself is historic and attractive. There is lots of car parking space. Comfortable, stylish lounge and everything worked exactly as it should. Car parking is convenient and easy entry to flat. Area is good for the University and a 15 minute walk to City Centre
