This hotel was a perfect weekend getaway to travel to.
Pros: I liked how beautiful, clean, and luxurious looking this hotel was. The rooftop pool is definitely a 10/10. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Cons: I liked everything lol, I can’t complain about anything.
In short, I loved the hotel itself and not necessarily the service or the manager/staff.
Pros: I like the location of the hotel, it was close to a good deal of restaurants and walking around was very comfortable. The hotel itself was very clean and had some great amenities. Cons: During my stay there was what should have been an easily rectified mix up that turned into a nightmare of an issue with one employee telling me before I got there that I could check in early with no issues and when I arrived there were many issues. The manager was supposed to reach out to me concerning the issues and didn’t until after I had checked out and left. On my second night there, there was a majo

Pros: The location is ok, downtown Bethesda is walkable. The room is spacious, clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. Cons: I don't really understand why they charged me extra $50 compared to the price that was shown on booking website.
Pros: It was the location I needed Cons: Staff were unhelpful. Checking in checking out was a chore for them. Not a smile or a look up from the computer
