The Big Cosy at Nottingham

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice house, very well furnished and equipped. Super convenient.

Pros: Nicely furnished. Good and well equipped kitchen. Liked the bathroom (middle floor). House was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Top floor rooms felt a little cramped. Nobody's fault but it was very very hot during our stay and it would have been good if the house curtains and blinds had been shut prior to arrival, to reduce the impact of the sun. Also just one fan in the lounge and with very hot bedrooms some extra fans would have been good. That said the place cooled well after a while, with open windows and doors.

Pros: Lovely open social space downstairs and good sized bedrooms. Cons: The showers were hit and miss. Sometimes it would be fine but other times there would be a huge fluctuation in temperature throughout the shower.

Pros: The property was perfect for our group. Thank you, it had everything we needed and a very well equipped kitchen with enough plates and cutlery for the 11 of us. Would love to stay here again Cons: The sofa bed mattress needs updating. But everything else was sumptuous.

Pros: Facilities were great, lots of communal space. Everything was clean and well appointed. Note the rooms are standard for the UK but may feel small depending on what you're used to. Cons: Not much in the neighborhood. Lots of stairs could be an issue for older guests or guests with mobility issues.

Very comfortable and well laid out. Small details had all been thought about. They even put out a bowl and towels for our dog.
