Excellent location, courteous staff, spotless rooms, and nice breakfast!

Not worth the price

Pros: Large rooms and central location Cons: Very annoying smoke sensor flashes like lightning above the bed every minute which disturbs sleep. A 5-star hotel should be able to deal with that and not tell me it’s standard. Shower is uncomfortably small.

Frustrating experience.

Cons: I was in a room next to the services entrance and staff were forever making noise. I had to complain to make them quieten down which is unacceptable. The staff at breakfast were forever making mistakes and getting our orders wrong. Their English is very poor.

Not 5-star Service

Pros: Great location. Exceptional gym. Cons: Staff can hardly speak English and not a single morning did they get my coffee or breakfast order correct. Definitely not up to expectation.
