Brilliant hotel.
Pros: Brilliant welcome. Gave us an upgrade and even offered to see if a specific room was available. Good, easy conversation. Excellent room and always a comfortable bed when we have stayed. Deep, hot bath and a good shower. Nice meal ( I had the vegan risotto and vegan chocolate brownie) and drinks in the bar. Cons: Nothing. All brilliant. There was a woman in the bar area with headphones making several loud phone calls but she should have been more respectful of other people and fortunately eventually she went

Pros: Very peaceful and quiet. We are always coming back when we are visiting Brighton Cons: Although it was very clean, our duvet cover had a massive ripped part.
