Incredible location but needs better sofa bed

Pros: Excellent location, next to river and a 15min walk to centre of Cambridge. Great pubs and restaurants nearby, especially The Architect near Castle Mound lookout. Also 5mins from lovely outdoor swimming pool. Cons: Far too hot on a sunny day as the roof captures the heat and the skylight do not open. We brought our own additional fan which we needed. Secondly, the sofa bed mattress is not fit for use. We added a second mattress which the property advisor directed us to stored in a box upstairs. Really the sofa bed needs a serious upgrade. Our second daughter slept on second sofa.

Horrible

Pros: The place has potential but the lack of cleanliness was overwhelming. Cons: The place was very dirty on arrival, the bedroom smells of old perspiration the fitted sheet was torn in several places, the floor was dirty. I have never seen a toilet so filthy and disgusting in any of the places i have stayed. I fond Nicky to be very dismissive and communicate with me as if i was a child.
