Overall the hotel was nice until we got to our room that let it down, the room was very expensive.
Pros: The food was quite good, the location was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They made the stay very nice. The hotel itself was quite quirky. The only good thing about our room was that there was air conditioning.
Cons: The only thing that let our stay down was the quality of our room. It was quite bad, for the price paid. There was very little room to move around and their was very limited space to hang cloths. it was an extremely small space. this was not what we were expecting for the price paid. We were in room 12.....Not good at all I assume other rooms on the

Good stay, nice staff, easy walk into the town ( 7-10 minutes)
Pros: Staff, location, parking on site..
Cons: Bathroom in our room 16, was a wet room, impossible to shower without getting everything in the room wet including toilet rolls !!
There was evidence that the room had previously flooded due to the damage to the bottom of the door and the staining of the bedroom carpet, this room needs a serious revamp

In the end all good
My (upgraded) room door was stuck so we were put in the only room available, a tiny room intended I think for one person. However, we were very well treated, given free parking and drinks and apologised to profusely. They handled it well. I always enjoy staying there and will again.

Pros: Just an overall good experience, we would highly recommend.
Cons: The knobs for the water and shower could do with some explaining.

Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend
Pros: The food was delicious. The staff polite friendly and helpful. Not far from all the attractions
Loved the little treats you could help yourself to - sweets, fruit, soft drinks, good tea and coffee
Cons: Our cosy king looked out onto a busy road which was quite noisy with the window open
