Overall quite happy.
Pros: It was clean and well decorated. Comfortable bed. Good shower room. Peaceful. Good nights sleep. Cons: No lift. Tv didn’t work although staff member tried to help and did offer us a change of room no Aircon and it was very hot in room with just a small fan. No fridge in room

At the price we paid this was not a comfortable room for two elderly guests one of who was very tall. We did not enjoy r
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Cons: We were disappointed to find no lift to top floor room; steep staircase too narrow to safely carry a large suitcase; the room’s angled side wall did not allow easy access to the bed for this tall person; the one fan on side wall was inadequate to cool the hottest top floor room during the heat wave; and in the bathroom a horizontal metal bar joining show screen to wall was set at 6 feet —dangerously low for many people.
