Solid hotel good location
Pros: Location worked well for our needs. Felt safe. Rooms were spacious. Bellmen were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles. The bathrooms were updated and nice. Cons: The gym could use a refresh, as could hallway paint. One elevator was broken.
Perfect location with more possibilities of becoming excellent.
Pros: Location. Cons: Room was not fully ready upon arrival (~21:00 pm). Extra bed was not comfortable enough to rest and relax. Moisture spot on the ceiling of the room. (624) Light on the ceiling in the bathroom (shower cabinet) was unserviceable during the stay. No refrigerator and no slipper in the room at 4-star hotel !? In addition, coffee service for free could have been served during certain times.
Other than long wait at check-in and no coffee it was good.
Pros: There was no complimentary coffee. We were disappointed with that. Cons: Check-in was over half an hour wait, which was poor.
Gorgeous Hotel with wonderful staff in the best possible location, but room 801 is not a good room.
Pros: Insanely terrific location! Also loved that we could purchase discounted trolley tickets at the front desk. And Paula was delightful at the front desk! Cons: The shower in room 801 only gave lukewarm water. The sink water got hot, but not the shower. Also, the vent in the bathroom did not work, so blow-drying my hair in the bathroom set off the fire alarm in the bedroom and maintenance had to come disable the fire alarm. Additionally, the lamp next to the bed only worked part of the time, and the Wi-Fi connection was spotty. I'm guessing it had to do with the room being so far away from
