Great location, tired interiors.
Pros: Location was superb, we felt like we were walking distance to all of Boston, almost. Staff were always friendly and helpful if we needed it. Cons: I thought the decor was too tired looking. No mini fridge in room, so we couldn't keep milk for a morning brew. To be able to make your own coffee should be a requirement for a 4 star hotel.
Great location for seeing all the local history.
Pros: Location was perfect! Bed was super comfortable Cons: We were on 8th floor and or was odd having to change elevators on the elevator. The fridge was not cold and couldn’t seem to adjust it

I would not stay again
Pros: Location: The hotel is in a great area. Sites and metro within waling distance. Cons: The Bad: • Service & Atmosphere: We never felt welcomed. • Breakfast Value: The provided breakfast coupons did not even cover the cost of a basic meal, a coffee. The staff seemed lethargic and acted as if serving us was a burden—likely because a 20% tip is automatically included. • Room Quality: Our window faced a literal wall and an alleyway. Additionally, the in-room refrigerator was broken, and its detached control panel was just sitting on top of the appliance. • Amenities: The shower water stay
Great location but poor value for money
Pros: A hotel in a prime location right in the heart of the city, 20 minutes from the international airport. Cons: Breakfast is included according to Booking.com, but on-site it’s limited to a maximum of $25. A standard breakfast costs $40+, takes forever, and wasn’t really good. We were a group of 10 people, and the billing was a disaster. The credit cards used for the deposit were charged for the hotel bill. Some of the rooms were very noisy and had freestanding air conditioners with a vent facing the main street.
