Wedding weekend!

Lovely hotel great location, close to everything. Rooms very nice. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Definitely stay again.

Terrible service, terrible quality, avoid.

Terrible experience, avoid. Premium price, low grade service and facilities. Promised a welcome drink on arrival would be sent to my room, never arrived. Promised personal concierge on each floor, nope. Cold shower this morning. Electric curtains do not work. And then a 'hidden' £20 'service charge' added to the bill (and subsequently removed when I challenged it). Tried to provide feedback this morning on departure, 'please wait, a manager will come and talk to you'......followed by a long wait, and then no manager as 'they are very busy', they will email you.....which they did not. Smoke, mi

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure you had what you needed. They even gave me an iPhone charger when I realized I didn’t pack one. The hotel gives a luxurious vibe. There is a club, restaurants and two bars on site. My only regret is not having more time to enjoy all of what the hotel has to offer!!! I will stay here next time I’m in London.
