Excellent location, staff and experience

Wonderful stay for us as couple along with our dog

Pros: Perfect for us and our labrador dog Cons: Nothing

Comfortable but slightly disappointing as had expected 'luxury'.

Pros: Food was fresh, well presented, well prepared. Had to decide on order night before. Easy location to find but by 2 busy roads so quite noisy despite having a room furthest away from these. Cons: Had bath with hand shower so not able to have normal shower. Quite a noisy location. Certainly not 'luxury' despite price and description.

A calm, relaxing, friendly place to rest your head

Pros: Location, calm and relaxed feel. Fabulous breakfasts, even the dogs got a sausage... Cons: Our room was stuffy but we had a fan and it was very warm weather, had windows to open, so down to weather conditions.

A lovely place to stay by the river, with beautiful views. The hosts were so kind and friendly.

Pros: The location was in a beautiful area of Ross and views from the garden were fantastic. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choices, everything we had was of a high standard. The property was a large georgian house and was decorated beautifully. Breakfast room was cosy with views to the terrace and garden. The bedroom was large with a comfy bed and chairs. The bathroom was lovely too. Couldn't fault anything. The help yourself bar was very interesting and novel. Cons: The only thing that was disappointing was the Ice Bucket, it could have been replenished. The weather was very good so
