Pros: It felt very special to be in a former police station. The building is bright and spacious and the room was comfortable. Cons: The staff were not saying hello and didn't feel really approachable.

Pros: Very good location, close to city centre and very close to the coach station and bus stops to the airport and university of West England. Walking distance to all touristic attractions. Friendly staff. Very nice and pleasant dining and sitting area. Every morning you have cereals and milk available for free, and even croissants in one day. Tea and coffee available all day. Microwave and oven ready to use if you want to cook or warm up food. Lidl and Sainsbury's supermarkets within 3 to 5 min walking distance, as well as other shops. Cons: I booked a private twin room. The only one availab
