I really enjoyed my stay at the Brix. The staff is what made the experience that much better for us. Janelle was the front desk supv and although check in seemed hectic she and her staff especially Bhudda handled everything so well. They made it as smooth and accommodating as possible. Which brings me to how I met Andy Wells the Restaurant Supv. We were allowed access anywhere but we decided to eat first and boy oh boy did I get my education about the food which killed time and made the experience that much better. Brix customer for life
This is my fourth stay at the Brix and I love the experience. From the greeting at the door to front desk and room service, they make you feel at home. As someone who travels to Trinidad often I 10/10 recommend the Brix. The roof top restaurant is amazing from the views, to the service and food. I've never had a bad meal. Forever a customer.

Pros: Le service à la réception : accueil et accompagnement du portier dans ma chambre, l'attention des portiers Cons: La chambre n'a pas été nettoyé correctement la veille de notre départ, la douche et le sol n'ont pas été lavé. Je ne sais pas si c'est la politique de la maison ou la femme de ménage qui n'a pas assuré le service.
