Clean and comfortable but small double room really is small.
Pros: Good location and friendly staff Good aircon and toiletries provided nice large towels and clean bathroom. Excellent tea/ coffee selection. Cons: Tv didn’t work, lights to bedroom very dim and reading lights did not work independently Room was very small with no drawer space. No slippers or dressing gown as advertised on booking.com. No indication that there were 67 stairs to top floor bedroom. Breakfast was extremely slow and very mediocre when it arrived. Limited choice of cereal and pastries. Croissant was inedible.
Perfect place to stay for a London break.

Pros: The look and feel of the hotel was exceptional! Cozy, comfortable, and clean! Cons: No elevator, or lift, as they are called in London; BUT, the staff members were ready and willing to assist with handling luggage with a smile!
