It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is wonderful. Great bartenders!

A step back in time to a beautiful hotel!
Pros: This hotel is beautiful. I first walked in the lobby and my mouth dropped open. The room was beautiful. The staff so cordial. I would definitely stay again. (Although, I kept asking myself if I was worthy. lol) Cons: Not a thing

Pros: The historical ambience and friendliness of the staff from the piano player in the lobby to the wait staff and the staff in the gift shop was warm and genuine. Cons: The parking charges were a little confusing. The parking garage is attached and right next door which is great. However, if you self park, it's cheaper as long as you don't leave. It's more expensive to pay through the hotel, but you're allowed to come and go. I didn't quite understand the reasoning behind that arrangement.
