Excellent stay in lovely area - friendly staff!
Pros: Cookies & the clear instructions on the room upon arrival. Getting in and out of the property was easy and hassle free and very secure - something which is ver reassuring as a solo female traveller. Cons: Nothing! Though disposable slippers would be a nice added bonus. (I brought my own this time)
A friendly welcome from the staff and a great place to stay over.
Pros: We met friends there and it was a nice relaxed place to stay near a great breakfast cafe. We had a good evening meal together in the quiet upstairs dining room with great service and the bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Chocolate cookies were delicious. Cons: Lots of narrow stairs, the room and shower room were on the small side.
Heavenly Haven in Highgate
Pros: Totally brilliant stay. Beautiful, characterful room and very reasonable price. Dinner was excellent. Staff lovely. Despite being on road it was quiet and great to be right next to the Heath. Cons: Only improvement would have been if they had offered breakfast.

Really lovely place to stay in a lovely area
Really friendly staff, the pub downstairs was lovely and served a really good lunch before check-in. The room was very comfortable and air conditioned which was very appreciated! Lovely touch that we got some cookies when we checked in
