Staff great food great

A gem of a hotel

Pros: A well appointed room within a well presented hotel. Clean and comfortable, room facilities were above our expectations. Staff were helpful and friendly, and put the guests first. Decent breakfast facilities too. Plenty of hospitality items supplied daily alongside the room check for anything outstanding that needed attention. Liked the coded entry system and for the room entry. Didn't mind the lack of hosting, it's their system and it works. Made up for it in the mornings with their jobs to do, catering and housekeeping, and friendly banter. Cons: Enjoyed the breakfast facility but foun

Our stay at the Burlington

Lovely comfortable room with large bathroom plenty of tea and coffee and complementary water, the breakfast had everything we could want and more and the staff were lovely and very friendly, we would definitely stay here again

Cons: Asked for an invoice by email and got no response. Water turned off half way during my shower. No breakfast on offer and no reception.

Pros: Great location Cons: It was cold in the room and I thought the room needs airing, I thought that I smell a damp smell
