Friendly and accommodating
Location was convenient for the things in our itinerary. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating and the room was good. The dining room food was good. I loved the jollof rice it was the best I had in Accra.
Bad faith billing at the hotel.
Bad experience from the Hotel Manager Dinesh. Billing was done in bad faith. My first reservation which I paid in full for was amended bad on an initial request I made before confirming and paying for the full booking. and then rebooked by the Hotel at a higher rate. Considering I was at the hotel when this was done, I was surprised, no one reached out to me. The initial booking was also already confirmed and fully paid when the amendment and rebooking at the higher rate was done.

A good place to stay
It was okay, I stayed there for 5 days, it's quiet and lovely place if you don't want town noises. Breakfast is okay and the staff are well-mannered and very helpful. We were offered airport transfer and it was so helpful.
