A wonderful stay wEverythiith exceptional service, a peaceful atmosphere, and an excellent location.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel was exceptionally quiet, which made it a very relaxing place to stay. The staff were genuinely attentive, professional, and kind, without ever being intrusive. We were especially touched by the thoughtful complimentary gift the hotel sent to our room to celebrate our son’s university graduation. It was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more memorable. My new favourite hotel in London. I am absolutely in love with this place. The staff are truly incredible, I’ve never received such outstanding service. Wish I could stay here every weekend!!

We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite which was lovely! Great location and a really pleasant hotel. service was exceptional throughout, professional and slick without being stuffy, the perfect balance IMHO. Breakfast was a la carte and really good. A stroll around the private gardens was fun in the flurry of snow that we had, warmed up on our return with hot chocolate in the lounge/bar.

Lovely service and a very professional team. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made my stay extremely comfortable. The hotel is a bit expensive, but the level of hospitality and care made it a very enjoyable experience.

Pros: Room was stunning Reception staff and concierge were friendly and professional Cons: Terrible 2nd rate service in the dining area. Food average no above and beyond service. No engagement from the waiting staff. Would not eat here again
