Clean, comfortable, welcoming.
Pros: Bright, spotlessly clean modern rooms , it was an added bonus to have the use of the well equipped breakfast room with lovely views of the sea opposite. The location was perfect,trains,buses and shops a short walk away and the beach just across the road. Michelle,Lisa and Sandra went out of their way to make me welcome. Cons: Nothing

Lovely room in a superb location
Wonderful location, facing the sea, and just a short walk from Leven train and bus stations.

The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff ensures cleanliness. The stay is comfortable, and the location is excellent. We chose this place last year and returned again without hesitation.
