Great stay, we will definitely stay again
Pros: Great location, close to beach, shops and transport. Leven is underrated. Clean and comfortable with good food in the pub. Cons: Rooms are only accessible by stairs which is an issue with luggage.

Pros: Comfortable beds, a clean and spacious bathroom
Pros: Comfortable beds, a clean and spacious bathroom. Amazing location. Good but not great breakfast. Cons: As someone with a dust allergy, I noticed it because of the carpeted floor. We slept with the windows open, but it was quite noisy both outside and inside the hotel. I also found it a little strange to see a plastic wall in the bathroom.

It was our 2 stay at the Caledonian it is in a good position for all amenities but it’s starting to look a little tired
Pros: We liked the location of the property and parking which was great , the staff were pleasant, breakfast was good but maybe ask if residents would like toast with their cooked food too. Cons: I don’t like not having a fridge in the room for the milk as I detest the milk that was on the tray, not having a fan even though the windows were good sized we couldn’t have them open as it was very noisy . The pillows have seen better days a should invest in better quality bedding and protectors.
