Great resort but don’t expect excellent service
Pros: The facilities and restaurants were great Cons: Hospitality and customer service of all staff members come across was appalling… no chatty manner or recognition of your presence. Very forgetful and wouldn’t follow up on multiple occasions when things were requested
Pros: Stayed here many times, this place is elite in all areas. Cons: Hard to find fault.
