Terrible experience
Pros: The ease of finding the keys Cons: The bed is terrible. You hurt yourself when you lean on it. The room is very dirty, a black chair, humidity on the walls. The bathroom doesn't drain the water and is very small and uncomfortable.
What we wanted - a good stay
Pros: The property was easy to find and check-in - instructions were good. The location was chosen for the folk festival, and it was ideal for that. It was also easy to get into town. The shared areas were excellent. The kitchen was big and well-equipped; the sitting area was comfortable; the garden was big. The room itself was a decent size and pretty comfortable. Overall, we had a good stay. Cons: The doors to the rooms closed a bit hard, and so they banged. The en suite was tiny and a bit tired. The location is on a main road which is busy. The room had secondary glazing to reduce the noise

Pros: Stayed here so many times now👏👏👏 Cons: Needs the chairs and tables back that used to be outside!
Pros: The place is well located, and the staff is responsive Cons: Way below average for the cleanliness, the carpet has a lot of stains, the curtains are broken and the pillow has mold.
